I bought a couple of these kits to proudly display my NFL team flags on the side of my garage. It’s really nice plastic material, that nearly unbreakable stuff. The instructions made sense but I did have to read them a couple of times. They do keep my flags from getting tangled up. Be sure not to overtighten the set screw in the collars, since they are threaded directly into the plastic (not into a metal sleeve).
