Great iPad 2 Hard-shell Case – Another Winner from Ballistic
Bought this because I’ve had good luck with my Ballistic brand cases on my HTC Droid DNA and HTC One M8. I replaced a flimsy and twisty leatherette iPad case with this awesome-looking one. It looks awesome but also feels solid. There’s an inner soft part of the case and a hard shell that goes on over it. The hard shell is a bit of a tight fit over the inner layer but that’s probably because it’s a really precise case. The dot pattern on the hard shell is pretty sweet looking and the corners are pretty thick – they look really protective. Luckily I haven’t had a chance to test them out yet. This case has a protective cover that can be clipped over the screen, or it can be clipped to the back of the case. The cover has a built-in folding stand that has two positions but I only ever use it in the fully extended position. It does feel solid in the middle position. Overall a really nice case for my iPad 2.
