Developed, implemented, and managed unique project controls and public relations instrument relating critical project information and updates to geographic locations posted to a publically available website. This was for a potable water distribution system upgrade. I was originally asked to make a website that visually depicted the MEP schematic and make pipes turn different colors based on their status. I recognized that for the on-site project team to use such a system (without having a programmer on hand to do it every time) the staff would need a backend interface. The scope grew and I was asked to relate construction documents (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.) to locations on the map where they applied. This would require a more extensive backend tying in to some form of a database solution.
