Los Angeles Air Force Base Redevelopment

One of several project managers assigned to the redevelopment of LAAFB, the first build-for-real estate contract executed by the US Air Force. Involved consolidation of two areas of the base into one area. The unconsolidated portion was traded to a developer in exchange for the construction of two multi-story office buildings.
