Potable Water Distribution System Upgrade

Replacement of 20+ miles of distribution piping from 6 to 18 inches in diameter, seven pipe bridges spanning two protected streams, 13 restricted wetland crossings, 119 fire hydrants, 226 service connections, associated valves, pressure control stations, metering stations, modifications and upgrades to four reservoirs and three pump stations.

Developed and implemented a Project Management Information System that links day-to-day project information with project work elements geographically depicted on a website for use by project stakeholders. Stand-in Senior CM for several weeks. Responsible for change order, budget, RFI, submittal, closeout, estimating, and jobsite IT support processes.
