Earlier this year, the County of San Luis Obispo’s Planning and Building Department recommended the Board of Supervisors approve a $1 million contract with Tyler Technologies for “software and services to replace the Planning and Building Department’s permit tracking system.” According to BusinessWire, the Board of Supervisors has followed this recommendation: the County of San Luis Obispo has contracted with Plano, Texas company Tyler Technologies, Inc. for use of the company’s EnerGov Planning, Regulatory, and Maintenance Solutions.
